Crossmolina looked awesome today in Kiltimagh

@james out into perspective Ballyhaunis were atrocious apart from the four two pointers they got in first half.

I agree but the goals in the first half for Crossmolina proved to be the difference

Aidan between them and Mayo Gaels for the drop?
Aidan says:
September 7, 2025 at 9:16 pm
@ gizmobobs yes I agree. Can’t see the other two teams being dragged into it.
Maybe a case for two up two down?

@Sean I would have said at end last season they would win intermediate this year.not sure now.have they added to last year?
I think winner for intermediate will come from one of Moy Davitts, Kilmeena,Kiltane or Ardnaree and if I was to call it now I go with Kiltane all round good team.

Awful hard to know what way the Kilmaine -v-Hollymount Carramore debacle will land. I’d love to know what Hollymount Carramore people think, if there is anyone here?!
My gut feeling is Hollymount Carramore need to accept their exit from the championship ! Easy for me to say I know! I can’t remember teams in Mayo objecting to results before. Why do I feel there is greater honour in accepting the results!?
I know the precedent in Fermanagh suggests a replay will happen but will it not lead to 1. Future objections over any error and 2. A never ending championship caught up in appeal after appeal

Some cracking matches the weekend, Ballagh Vs Ballintubber stands out. A lot of 2 pointers which is heartening to see at club level.
