Nothing has been posted on the Mayo GAA socials yet anyway, Paddyjoejohntom - It’s been a month since the challenge game was announced, yet with only 11 days before the game there’s still no time or venue confirmed. Normally it wouldn’t bother me, but it’s just four days before Christmas and the last Sunday beforehand, so many people are trying to plan around it. I know there’s been a change in communications officers/PRO recently, so maybe it slipped through the cracks, but surely providing an update for supporters especially those who will have to travel isn’t too much to ask. It’s basic courtesy, especially if the aim is to maximise fundraising for the charity.

A bit of shooting yourself in the foot not giving the game some promotion coverage. Hard to work out the purpose of the challenge other than expose newbies to an audience. One things for sure, it will be a slog in any pitch in the county.
