Mayo Mental Health Association were our charity partners for the 2025 Mayo Football Podcast Club Stars. Rob and I were at the MMHA office in Castlebar today, along with representatives of our podcast partners EBS and Club Stars main sponsors EirGrid, to present them with a cheque for the proceeds raised on the night of the Club Stars awards event at the Knockranny Hotel back in December.

It was great to learn again today from Niall Dunne and Lianne McManamon of MMHA about all the vital work they do in the area of mental health within the county. It was also great – if a tad terrifying – to hear from Padraig O’Hora about his upcoming assault on Mount Everest, which he’s undertaking in the coming weeks.

From our perspective on the podcast it was great to work with MMHA as our charity partners for the 2025 Club Stars. Huge thanks to everyone who gave so generously on the night of our awards event to this extremely worthy local cause.
