Did those players really have to tog out this week, when the next round is 3 weeks away?
They might be junior clubs but evrry club, every player who plays in making mayo club football what it is, they all played a part in the preparation and development of the All Ireland winning team. Mayos senior players learned their trade playing in Killala and Kilmovee, in Swinford and Tourmakeady. It was bad form not to postpone those matches and give those players a chance to celebrate with the rest of the county.
